The Cave Falls campground is located along the Fall River next to the boundary of Yellowstone National Park, about 23 miles east of Ashton, Idaho.

At an elevation of 6200', the rustic campground is near the scenic Cave Falls.

An artesian well provides drinking water and bear resistant food storage cabinets are provided at each campsite.
